My Thoughts are Not Yours
Just sitting on our bed, I grabbed my daily devotional book. It brought me to Isaiah 55:8-9. True enough, I am always trying to fit God into my mold. Especially, when I ask something from Him, I try to know what God was thinking and planning. I make His plans and purposes conform to my request.
His thoughts and ways are beyond my imagination. That puts me to understand deeply why the heavens are higher than the earth. I am His child, but sometimes, I forget my standing.
Thank God, He continuously remind me that HE is my God.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord.
9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
